Nagpur Metro, run by Maha Metro, gives the geographic heart of India a clean, modern two-line network. The Orange Line runs north-south from Khapri, near the airport, through the central Sitabuldi hub up to Automotive Square. The Aqua Line runs east-west from Prajapati Nagar across to Lokmanya Nagar, passing Nagpur Railway Station. The two lines cross at Sitabuldi, a striking T-shaped interchange. Nagpur Metro is also a feat of engineering: it includes a record-setting double-decker viaduct on Wardha Road, with a highway on the lower deck and the metro running above it.
