The Kochi Water Metro currently has 10 operational terminals — including Vyttila, High Court, Vypin, Fort Kochi, Mattancherry, Willingdon Island, South Chittoor, Cheranalloor, Eloor and Kakkanad — across six operational routes.

Kochi Water Metro boats generally operate from around 06:00 in the morning to about 21:00 at night, with services every 10–20 minutes on the busier routes such as Vyttila–Kakkanad and High Court–Vypin.

Fares range from about ₹20 to ₹40 depending on the route. You can pay with the Kochi One card (also valid on the metro rail) or via the Kochi One app, and weekly, monthly and quarterly passes are available.

Key operational routes include High Court–Vypin, High Court–Fort Kochi, High Court–Willingdon–Mattancherry, South Chittoor–High Court, South Chittoor–Cheranalloor and Vyttila–Kakkanad. Many routes connect through the High Court hub.

Yes. The water metro interchanges with the Kochi rail metro at Vyttila (adjacent to the Vyttila metro station and mobility hub) and near High Court, a short distance from M.G. Road metro station.
