Indore Metro
India's cleanest city gets its first metro — a growing ring line.
Please pick two different stations.
Indore, repeatedly ranked India's cleanest city, now has a metro to match its ambitions. Built by MPMRCL, the Yellow Line is planned as a ring around the city, and its first operational stretch runs from the Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Terminal near the Super Corridor IT and business zone out to Veerangana Jhalkari Bai. As the network grows, it will loop through Vijay Nagar, the historic Rajwada palace area, Indore Railway Station and the airport — but even today the priority corridor gives Indore a fast, modern, air-conditioned alternative to its busy roads.
